Mightiest of Warriors Event: Win Japanese Prints

Aeria Games will be giving away Free Japanese Prints/Paintings (see http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&q=japanese+prints&btnG=Search+Images for examples) to the highest ranking character in each class on March 31, 2007. That’s right – free cool Japanese prints to hang in your rooms (making you the envy of all), one for each class, including the much anticipated SORCERER. These will be coming from Japan. So players, ready to battle!

The ranking will be based on our first available ranking after March 31st (California Time). If there is a tie among players or if the players have reached the maximum level available at such time, Aeria Games will organize a Player versus Player event for each class to determine the winner. Such event shall include all players of each class who are qualified at this stage. Players who have won the iPod Christmas Event or the Conqueror of Iris Event will not be qualified for this event.

DISCLAIMER: This is a discretionary prize. Aeria Games reserves all right to change the rules or cancel the event at anytime, without prior notice. Aeria Games will use reasonableness in determining the winners.
However, the determination by Aeria Games will be final and cannot be challenged. Aeria Games has the sole discretion to determine the methods and timing for determining the winners. Any players who use inappropriate methods or cheating tools or fail to follow the Terms of Service will be automatically disqualified from the event.

With respect to the Player versus Player event, if required, to determine the winners, Aeria Games has complete discretion in setting the time, location and rules in game for such event. Any character who is unable to show up in game for such event, for whatever reason (for example, computer failures, server or other technical problems, inappropriate timing or otherwise), will be disqualified and will no longer eligible for the prize.
Aeria has sole discretion in choosing the Japanese prints to send to the winners. Please note that these are not original prints. The prints will be purchased and sent from Japan. If you are unable to receive the prints for any reason, Aeria shall not be liable in any way.

Players participating in the event hereby agree to all the terms of this event. The prizes are given and the methods and timing used to determine the winners are at the sole discretion of Aeria Games.
