Players who participate in this event will receive a free +1 upgrade to their weapon or piece of armor! Please read how the event works and all rules and regulations before participating.
Upgrade Love Day General Time (The time you must be online and on your designated sub-server. If you are not online during this time, you will not receive an upgrade)

Note: You must be online the entire time starting at 12 pm. We will be working through the servers in this order. You must be on the following sub-server to receive an upgrade. If you are on another sub-server you will be skipped!

We will not post specific times to be online, as the amount of time that each server takes varies greatly. Therefore you MUST be online on the designated sub-server between the hours of 12 – 5 pm in order to receive the upgrade.
Forum Sign up times: These are the time frames for signing up for this event. You must sign up on the proper server thread. If you do not, you will not receive an upgrade.

Note: This event is limited to 150 people per server per sign up period. Meaning a maximum of 300 people per server will receive upgrades. We will cut off at the 150th player after each sign-up period ends.

How it works.
1) The Game Masters will create four forum topics, one for each server.
2) These forum topics will remain locked until a pre-designated time frame. There will be two time frames.
Official Sign Up Times: From 8:00 am – 8:30 am PDT and then 5:00 pm to -5:30 pm PDT on Friday August 29th
3) Players who wish to receive an upgrade will have to sign up during these times with their:
Account Name
In Game name
4) After the designated sign up time has ended the forum subjects will be locked.
5) Players who do not sign up during the designated times will not receive an upgrade.
6) The times for the forum post sign-ups will be announced in game.
7) On Saturday August 30th sign on at 12-5 PM (You must be online for this entire period starting at 12 pm, until you receive your upgrade, if you are not online the entire time, you will be skipped)
NOTE: If players are not online during the general event time (Sat August 30th 12 - 5pm PDT) and on the assigned sub-server then they will not receive an upgrade!
Note: Make sure your item is already +8 to +10 in order to receive the upgrade!
Rules:
1) Only one item will be upgraded per account.
2) The item you trade must already be from +8 to +10.
3) You may only sign up on the forum post once. Accounts that sign up more than once will not receive an upgrade.
4) The sub-servers are designated as follows

5) Players must post in the proper format in order to receive an upgrade.

6) Once the posts are locked, that is considered the master list. We will be limiting the master list to 150 people per sign up period. Meaning a max of 300 players per server will receive an upgrade.
7) Players must be online on the Upgrade Event Day during the Posted Hours, on the designated server, or else they will not receive an upgrade.
Cool Posts must be in the proper format. If they are not in the proper format your name will be skipped!!!! Be sure to post on the proper Server too!! Double check!
9) You must trade the weapon/armor in order to receive the upgraded version!
10) The queue line will be very long so players must be patient while waiting to upgrade.
11) We are taking your old item (and destroying it), then giving you back the same base item at +1. Any equipment with seals will be returned without seals (as it is a new item). Any L73+ equipment will be returned as a random drop (as we don't have any way of knowing what the stats item will have). No returned equipment will have had an Extreme Stone used on it. (as it is a totally new item). These rules will be announced before we start on each server, so don't give us an item that you don't want treated like this.
