Today there will be a raffle from 2:30 to 4:30PM PDT. The Raffle Item will be announced at the start of the raffle. This is a Tiered Raffle, so the prizes will get better and better the more Raffle Items that are purchased from the Item Mall.

Tier 2 - 5 HS, 5ROP II, and +15 Armor or Weapon [Winner decides] no seals.
