How it works:


1) The raffle prizes will be tiered.


Raffle Item - Mana Stealer


Tier 1 Prize - +9 Weapon or Armor
Tier 2 Prize - +10 Weapon or Armor
Tier 3 Prize- +10 Weapon and Armor


Rules:


1) In order to advance to the next tier of prizes a certain number of the raffle item must be sold.


2) Winners must be online at the end of the raffle to receive their prizes. If they are not online, we move on to the next person!
