Pre-Happy hour Double Skill Experience, 150% Pet experience event

To make up for the debacle that was last nights patch, we are running Double Experience and 150% pet experience starting at 12 and end at 3 pm. We will also be running some cool Heaven Stone treasure hunts in game.
