Fun Month Rebates

March was Guaranteed Fun Month! and it is time for us to put our AP where our mouth is!

If you feel that you did not have fun playing Last Chaos during the Month of March, and wish to file for the refund... well here is how you do it:

1. Use the Contact Us link at the bottom of every page.
2. Input the Subject line "Fun Month Rebate"
3. Choose the category "Fun Month Rebate"
4. Make sure that the Account Name and Email are for the account you are filing for.
5. In the message section include the following information:


Account Name
A Link to your qualifying post in the original thread


(optional) A (short) explanation of why you didn't have fun.
(optional) A (short) suggestion of what could have been done to change this.

You will receive an email back, with a ticket #. This will let you know that we have received your request. All submissions that do not follow this format, and contain the information needed will not be processed.

Rebates will be issued withing 14 days of the closing of the rebate request period. The maximum rebate is 5000AP. Only IM items purchased with normal AP in the month of March will be rebated, not Rewards, or Bonus Cash. Only one rebate per account.
