Relay Race

The third madness event will indeed be a race! A relay race full of Ben Hur style ownage. So bring your sheets of spikes, and poison punch because this race is about to get real, fo sheeze.

Starting Place: Dratan City ( K-5, C-4 , S-4)

How it works:

1) A track will be set up by the GM’s. This track will be posted before the event begins so players will have a chance to study it.
2) The track will be marked by mining pylons, and there will be check points along the track.
3) Each player will be given a special item as their “baton”.
4) Players who begin the race will start with the baton and run to the next checkpoint, where they pass their baton to the next teammate, and so on.
5) The first player to cross the finish line wins.

Rules

1) No mounts can be used
2) No party recall can be used
3) Players must wait until the baton is handed off before they begin to run to the next checkpoint.
4) Cheaters will be temporarily banned, and their guild disqualified from the entire competition.
5) Teams may be no larger than 5 players.
6) If team captains do not show to the event the team is automatically docked 5 points.
7) In case of a tie, team captains of the tied guilds will choose two members from each team to run a shorter tie breaking relay race. If teams tie again, equal first place points will be given.
