I'd like to share my spreadsheet for calculating farming materials as of now.
Although I'll probably expand to include mining, summoning and various materials later on.
Hopefully you might find it a little useful.

Items marked with an asterisk can be edited (*).
Simply put the number of orders you need under the need column with the respective matching materials.

Change the global tax if needed, it adjusts the prices of all calculations. Just type Y into the Y/N field, or change it to N if you prefer to use the individual tax columns to the right for each individual item.

Scrolling down tells you the outputs, you can alter the number of materials you need and it will inform you if you need to add more mission orders or not. You can also set the amount of gold you currently have.

The total costs are also listed and the unit cost for each material.
All significant costs are listed at the bottom, at a percentage threshold of gold you have, if you choose to input one.
