If you feel that you did not have fun playing Last Chaos during the Month of March, and wish to file for the refund... well here is how you do it: 1. Use the Contact Us link at the bottom of every page. 2. Input the Subject line "Fun Month Rebate" 3. Choose the category "Fun Month Rebate" 4. Make sure that the Account Name and Email are for the account you are filing for. 5. In the message section include the following information: Account Name A Link to your qualifying post in the original thread (optional) A (short) explanation of why you didn't have fun.
